We want every family to sleep better. Follow the plan for at least 7 nights. If you don't see a difference, or you're simply not happy, email us within 60 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No complicated conditions, no hoops.
How to request a refund
Email support@quietnightsmethod.com from the email address you used at checkout and tell us you'd like a refund. You don't have to explain why, although we're always grateful for feedback.
What's covered
The guarantee covers every product you bought from us, including add-ons and one-click offers. For payment plans, we refund all installments paid so far and cancel any remaining installments.
Processing
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 2 business days; depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Access to refunded products ends when the refund is issued.

If anything is wrong with your order, email us first. We can help much faster than a bank dispute, and you'll get your money back without any hassle.
